Susan Marie Coffey, Esquire, of Moriarty passed away April 20, 2021 in Albuquerque. Susan, 67, is survived by her brothers, Owen (Margo) Coffey, Daniel (Sue), all of Connecticut, Timothy Coffey, and Patrick Coffey of California. Susan was an attorney for many years and after her retirement she "went to the dogs!" She trained and showed Gordon Setter's under the prefix "Huntmoor". She titled her dogs in a diversity of AKC disciplines and they were the love of her life. She was a proud member of the New Mexico Stewards Association. She also leaves behind her friends, David Hoffses, Tina Wickizer, Martha Wilson, Cathy and John Geilow, Lisa Moore, Lorraine Lester, Mark Szlaczky and other friends from the dog world. Donations in her honor may be made to "Gordon Setter Health Foundation" c/o Kristi Boehm, 5010 Fox Hollow Boulevard, Spring, TX 77389. Susan's ashes are to be spread by her family in the Atlantic Ocean near her childhood home.
