Susan Kay Mattson
July 28th, 1941 - December 21st, 2011
Susan was born in Longview, Washington on July 28, 1941 and she passed away in Sheridan, Oregon on December 21, 2011. She was a collector with many interests inculding antiques and toys. Susan was a book-keeper for many years as well as a cattle farmer and stay at home mother. She is survived by her children, Teresa Brey, Brad Mattson; step-children Randy Mattson, Sandi Kirkland, Sheryl Joseph; grandchildren, Ryan and Braden Brey; ten step-grandchildren; six step-great grandchildren; sister, Barbara Orr; and her longtime partner Chuck Rogers. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Marion Heigel. Her family wishes to thank Legacy McMinnville Hospice as well as the McMinnville Cancer Center and all of Susan’s other healthcare providers for their great care. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Legacy McMinnville Hospice. Arrangements by Autumn Funerals, Cremation & Burial, Tigard, Oregon.
