Prochazka, Susan (nee Chudowsky), 94, of Tampa, FL and Racine, Wisconsin, died peacefully at her home in Florida on August 20, 2024. She was born January 26, 1930 to Susan Brisko and Stephen Cudowsky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Prochazka, daughter Lynn, and son John (Colleen) of Racine, Wisconsin. She is survived by her beloved granddaughter, Sydney Prochazka (Chris Herb), and great-grandchildren, Scott, John and Virginia, as well as nieces and nephews. She was known for her feisty, tenacious spirit and her self-reliant nature. Susan will be sadly missed by her family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
