Elaine Bell, 74, of Keenesburg, CO passed away January 5, 2015 in Roggen, CO. She was born April 1, 1940 in Windsor, CO to Charles and Bessie (Crowl) Stevens. She married Forrest Bell on March 12, 1961. She was very active with farming alongside Forrest. She was a very active member of the Methodist Church in Keenesburg teaching Sunday school, Easter Breakfast, and soup suppers along with lunch brunch at the American Legion. Elaine is survived by her husband, Forrest; son, Mathew (Marlene); daughter, Terri Lee Bell; grandson, Steven (Kristine) Bell; granddaughter, Stephanie (Jason) Griffin; great granddaughter, Shayne Nicole Bell, also survived by her brothers, Jack , Larry and Terry Stevens; sisters, Betty Manweiler and Pat Bernal; and special aunt, Mary Lou Webb. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers; Gary and Eddie Stevens; and sister, Barbara May. Funeral Service 11:00a.m. Friday, January 9, 2015, at Community Methodist Church, 195 S. Main, in Keenesburg with viewing 1hour prior. Interment will be at Heart of the Plains Cemetery in Roggen. Memorials contributions may be made to "Eastern Colorado Services” in care of Adamson Funeral & Cremation, 2000 47th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80634.
