Sylvia Gonzalez

Sylvia Gonzalez, 89, passed away peacefully November 10, 2022. Sylvia was a lifetime resident of Tampa and was predeceased by the love of her life, Frank H. Gonzalez, Jr. to whom she was married for 65 years. She is survived by her daughter, Patty Fernandez (Frank); son, Frank L. Gonzalez; grandson, Frank Nicholas Gonzalez (Jade) and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Sylvia loved to play cards, was an excellent seamstress and before retiring, the owner of a successful small accounting business. She was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother and Mother-in-law and will be missed more than words can say. A private family memorial will be held in the Spring of 2023 to spread Frank and Sylvia’s combined ashes in the Gulf of Mexico in front of the Redington Beach home they owned for 40 years. Those wishing, may make a donation in Memory of Sylvia to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. The family would like to give their heartfelt thanks to the Ramon Chang Adult Family Care Home for the superb care and compassion shown to Sylvia during her time there.
