Sylvia P. Howard, 93 of South Pasadena passed away Spetember 1, 2008 at The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay. She was a secretary for the Presidents Committee on Employment for the Handicapped under the Lyndon Johnson Administration. There are no known survivors. Graveside service will be 2 PM on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, 12905 Wild Acres Road, Largo, Florida. Rabbi Michael Torop will officiate. David C. Gross Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Service Information
