Parry, Sylvia P., 63, of St. Petersburg, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 6, 2001 at St. Anthony?s Hospital. She came here at an early age from Detroit, Michigan. She was a 1955 graduate of St. Petersburg High School and was a bookkeeper for Home Shopping Network. She was a member of First Christian Church of Seminole and a former member of Central Christian Church, St. Petersburg. Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Frank C. Parry, Jr., a son, Frank W. Parry of Denver, Colorado, 4 daughters, Kathryn J. Acevedo of Miami, Florida, Julia E. Smith of Seminole, Florida, Peggy E. Rosenberg of Pinellas Park, Florida and Polly A. Cunningham of St. Petersburg, 2 sisters, Jean Sparrowhawk and Diane Straemen, both of St. Petersburg, and 14 grandchildren.
