Taigan Lee Carpenter – IRMO – A Celebration of Life service for Taigan Lee Carpenter, 34, of Irmo, will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, July 21, 2021 in the Mausoleum Chapel of Woodridge Memorial Park, 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington. Burial in Woodridge Memorial Park will follow the service. The family will greet friends for one hour prior to the service in the Mausoleum Chapel. Woodridge Funeral Home of Lexington is assisting the family with arrangements. Taigan Lee Carpenter passed away July 15, 2021. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of John F Carpenter and Sammie Lee Stephens Carpenter. Taigan was a fun-loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, who loved her family and friends. Taigan was a selfless organ donor through Sharing Hope. Her gift of life will help another person live. In addition to her parents, Taigan is survived by her children; Zyan Carpenter, Zamya Carpenter; grandmothers, Vivian Carpenter, Rosa Rinehart. Taigan was predeceased by her grandfathers, Edmund Carpenter, Steve Rinehart, Sam Stephens; cousin, Brunson Best; uncle, Craig Rinehart. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
