Tammy is survived by her partner, Tami Roughton; brothers, Robert, Donny, John and Tracey Worthington; stepbrothers, Chris and Richard Kuene; sisters, Marletta “Missy” Tindall and Robin Thamert; stepsister, Robin Kuene; her beloved dog, Hunter, and birds, Boomer and Mango. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Ann Worthington. Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society.
