TC "Chuck" Sisney

TC "Chuck" Sisney Resident of Plymouth Chuck passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Chuck was born in Oakland, CA in 1933 to Ruby and Teddie Sisney. Chuck attended Hayward High School and then went on to San Jose State University, graduating in 1955. After graduation, he married his high school sweetheart, Betty and enrolled in the US Army Medical Core. Chuck and Betty had two children, Pam and Bret, and raised them in Hayward where Chuck owned Collins GMC and Betty was a teacher. Chuck moved from Hayward in 1980 to Arnold, CA (Blue Lake Springs) and then on to Plymouth, CA (Shenandoah Valley) in 1992. He was involved in many community activities and previously served as president of the Amador Co Wine Grape Growers Association. He enjoyed growing grapes and working on TC Vineyard. In 1999, Chuck married Donna Baker who became his loving and devoted wife and friend. Chuck was predeceased by Betty Sisney and is survived by his wife, Donna; his daughter, Pam Sisney (John Tiffany); son, Bret Sisney (Carol); and grandchildren, Brian Sisney, Travis Tiffany, Kelly Sisney and Wyatt Tiffany. He was always there for his friends and family and we will miss him. A celebration of his life will be held on August 4 in Shenandoah Valley. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hospice of Amador and Calaveras Counties, P.O. Box 595, Jackson, CA 95642 in Chuck's name.
