Mementos

Terri Lynn Burrows, also known as “Tess or Aunt Tess” was born in Willows, Ca on December 27, 1969, to James Burrows of Grindstone and Shirley Swearinger of Paskenta. She is survived by her son Tyler, Grammie to her grandchildren: Aiyanna, James Lee, Annalisalynn, and Tyler Jr., Mother Shirley, sister Natalie, brother Larry, numerous nieces, nephews, and many family and friends. If you knew Tess, you knew she loved the 49ers, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and most of all she loved her grandbabies. She was the best caring mother anyone could ask for and she loved her son Tyler no matter what he did. Tess cared for so many and always nurtured and protected her nieces and nephews. You could feel the love from Tess in her hugs and through her words of encouragement. She was established at the Grindstone House of Praise and loved going to church and praying with Sissy and couldn’t wait for the day her son follows. She was the longest serving Secretary for the Grindstone Indian Rancheria Tribal Council. She entered rest on March 11, 2022, and is proceeded in death by her Grandmother Agnes, father Jim, brothers Dan and James C. and niece Jamie Lynn.
