99 years old, died Friday March 13, 2009.Born in Ansted, WV she moved to St. Petersburg, FL in 1999. She enjoyed Traveling, playing cards, and bingo. She was a life member of the St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Ansted, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph, and her daughter Sandra Willis. Survivors include two daughters and three sons-in-law: Jack and Jo Sink, Athens, GA; Robert and Sue Ann Wilson, St. Petersburg, FL; and Jack Willis, Palmetto, FL. "Dee" had 6 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 11 step-great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters: Emily Norford, Fayetteville, WV; Geneva Parsons, Bel Air, MD; and Bessie Ann Skaggs, Trenton, OH. A Memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Ansted, WV.
