Thomas "TA" Milton Allen

Byron, GA-Thomas “TA” Milton Allen, 75, passed away September 16, 2017. A Graveside service will be held at 2:30PM on Thursday September 21, 2017 in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Reverend Dennis Clark will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1:00PM-2:00PM on Thursday September 21, 2017 at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Mr. Allen was born on June 21, 1942 in Macon, GA. to the late Milton and Florence Allen. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy. After getting out of the service he later went to work at Robins Air Force Base where he retired after 18 years. Thomas was a beloved husband, dad, grandfather, step dad and step grandfather who will be greatly missed. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Tracy Edge Allen. His memory will forever be cherished by his wife of 34 years, Sharon Allen, Byron; one daughter, Melissa (Brad) Allen Hamlin, Macon; grandson, Kelly (Carolyn) Jackson, Macon; great grandchild, Avery Jackson; step daughters, Paula Cook, Bonaire; Christy Sanders (Hardy) Graves, Texas; step-grandchildren, Justen Hootman, Madison Graves, Jordan Harris, Ryan Harris, Brook Tolbert and Tyler Tolbert.
