Thomas Brodt, 71, of Longmont Colorado passed away comfortably with his family beside him on May 12, 2017 at Longmont United Hospital. He was born on April 28, 1946 in Gas City Indiana to Gilbert and Helen Maxine Brodt. He is survived by his wife Kyong Brodt, daughter Jennefer Brodt, grandson Isaias Brodt, brothers Jerry Brodt and Danny Brodt, sisters Dixie Dixon and Kay Brodt, and many other family members as well as friends and neighbors that adored him. He was a patient, kind, and generous man. He served an honorable 22 years in the Army and fought in Vietnam. While stationed in DaeGu South Korea he met his wife of 32 years. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, tinkering and fixing things. He was an avid fan of NASCAR. He was a diligent member of Trinity Korean Church of Broomfield and was a faithful and God fearing man. A celebration of life ceremony will be held by Carroll-Lewellen Funeral and Cremation Services at Trinity Korean Church which is located at 350 Main St. Broomfield, CO 80020 on May 27, 2017 at 11 AM with Military Honors and reception to follow.
