August 8th, 1944 - April 26th, 2015
Thomas ""Tom"" P Corlett, 70, passed away April 26, 2015 peacefully at his home in Venice, Florida surrounded by his family. He is survived by the love of his life Olivia, his two sons, Thomas and Timothy as well as his beloved grandchildren Matthew and Abigail. Preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Alice Corlett of Ashtabula, Ohio, Tom leaves behind a loving, devoted family and loyal friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9 AM, Monday, May 4 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with a Graveside Service immediately following at Venice Memorial Gardens. A memorial service and Mass will also be held later in Green, Ohio this year. In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to celebrate his life is asked to donate to the Taussig Cancer Institute at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation http://giving.clevelandclinic.org/ or to Tidewell Hospice www.tidewellhospice.org
