Thomas Haas
January 28th, 1921 - June 10th, 2017
Thomas Haas of Waukesha passed over to meet his Savior on Saturday, June 10, 2017. On October 28, 1944, he married the love of his life, Lenora Dorothy Mausolf. Tom and Lenora had 72 years together. He is survived by Lenora, and was the cherished and devoted father of Michael Haas of TN, Virginia Haas Norden of Milwaukee, Susan Haas Recht of TN, Patrick J. Haas of Pewaukee, Thomas R. Haas of Pewaukee, Angela Haas Hansen of Dousman, Margaret Haas Linehan of FL; and his sister, Virginia Haas Bonness of FL. He has been blessed with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Tom was a life-long Catholic and member of St. Joseph's Parish in Waukesha where he served as an usher in his younger days. He retired from Allen Bradley after 42 years of service. In addition, he taught judo and self-defense classes as well as tool and die design at Acme Institute of Technology. Tom was also a WWII Navy Veteran. Most important in Tom's life was his family and Church. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and brother. He set an example of honesty, principle, tenacity, and integrity. He was a dedicated and faithful supporter of his church. A visitation for Tom will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI. 53188, from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 6:00 p.m. Memorial donations can be made in Tom's name to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 826 N East Ave,, Waukesha, WI 53186
