Thomas Herrera

It is with great sadness that the family of Dr. Thomas L. Herrera Sr. announces his passing on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at the age of 68 years. Thomas will be lovingly and forever remembered by his children, Danielle (Clint), Tina (Todd), Denise (Paul), Dr. Thomas Jr. (Laura), his most precious 12 grandchildren, Ashley, Alaina, Jesse, Loraina, Ethan, Shawn, Caleb, Rachel, Sara, Hunter, Elijah, Luke, his father Gilbert, his brother Bob, his sister Cindy (Jeff), and his beloved dog Abbey. Thomas was preceded in death by his brother Randy and by his precious mother Dolores. To know Thomas was to love him. He is often described as gentle with a generous, kind, and forgiving heart. His children will forever be thankful that he is their dad. He left many that love him dearly, and it says a lot about a man when he lives on in each one. We will forever cherish his part in us. Proverbs 20:7 A righteous man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him. As hard as Thomas†™s passing is for his family, we also rejoice with him. Because Thomas knew his savior, Jesus Christ, he was ready to go home. He calmed our fears and tears, and he was looking forward to a reunion with us at home, in heaven.
