Thomas "Tom" E. Hoffman

In Loving Memory Thomas E Hoffman 05/26/1990 - 11/29/2023 Thomas "Tom" E Hoffman 33 of Highlands Ranch, Colorado passed away on November 29th 2023. Thomas was born in Denver, Colorado on May 26th 1990 to Susan "Susie" and Bruce Shaffer. Thomas spent his childhood in Denver then moving to Glenwood Springs as a young teen, graduating from Glenwood Springs High School in 2008. Thomas then began studying to get his EMT license at ACC, then going into massage school at the Denver School of massage therapy. He worked at Massage Envy for about 7 years before starting on his Law Degree at University of Colorado Denver. Thomas started as an intern at Ramos Law in 2016 and worked very hard to become a Litigation Paralegal with them. At the time of his passing he was working for Dianne Sawaya. Married in 2008 to Saphire, they spent 15 years together raising 3 amazing kids that he loved so very much. Thomas meant the world to Kian, Theo and Eddy, they will forever miss him. Outside of work and college Thomas enjoyed hobbies of video games, airsofting and playing/watching/coaching Rugby. He coached for several seasons with Girls Rugby Colorado Cherry Creek, his knowledge/love of Rugby made him a wonderful coach and was loved by all the kids, parents and other coaches. Thomas was predeceased by grandfather Tom Hoffman whom he was named after, grandmother Elizabeth "Betty" Hoffman and Uncle/God Father Albert "Bert" Hoffman. Survived by his wife Saphire, children Kian, Theo and Eddy. Parents Bruce and Susie Shaffer, Sister Tessa Shaffer and Brother Trenton Shaffer, 2 nieces and a nephew plus several aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly. Celebration of Life will be May 26th 2024 on what would have been Thomas' 34 birthday with more details to come.
