Lubas, Thomas "Tom" of Apollo Beach, Florida, passed away on August 8,2024, after a very courageous struggle with illnesses for many, many years. Tom was born in Philadelphia, PA, attended Cardinal Dougherty HS and Textile University where he played basketball. He is preceded in death by his parents Joe and Rhoda, and sister Joanne. He is survived by his loving wife Susan.
Tom was a member of St. Anne's Church, Knights of Columbus, and the Moose of Ruskin, FL. He had a wonderful sense of humor and always tried to make people laugh. He gave 110% to everything he did. He was an avid fisherman, loved tennis, playing pool and enjoyed a good cigar. He also enjoyed just relaxing at his retreat on the water with his wife Susan, Mako and Feisty.
