Our Dad, Thomas I. "Tom" McHugh was born in Pittsburgh PA on March 23, 1922 and died in Walnut Creek Kaiser Hospital on September 1, 2012. Both in the Navy during World War II and then during his career with Bechtel engineering, he traveled the world even living in Iraq and Saudi Arabia before he retired. He lived for his family: his wife, Annette, who was the love of his life preceded him in death in 2000; his four daughters and our partners, his grandchildren and great grandchildren. In his honor and memory, we ask donations be made to veterans organizations because the VA provided special support during his final years. Funeral Service Thursday, January 1, 1970 12:00 am
