McLaughlin, Thomas J. "Tom" 88, of Pinellas Park, died Saturday, March 3, 2012, at Hospice House Woodside. Through the miracle of AA Tom was sober over 48 years and lived a life of help and love to people that suffered from alcoholism. In many spiritual circles he was affectionately known as "Hallelujah Tom". Born in Hackensack, NJ he came here in 1976 from Teaneck, NJ. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Johanna; children, Christine Smith, Kevin McLaughlin, Shawn Wroblewski and Dorie Ann Conn; 8 grandsons and 9 great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at 2:30pm on Sunday, March 25th at Anderson McQueen, 2201 Dr. MLK St. N. A military service will be held at 10am on March 26th at Bay Pines National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Suncoast Hospice.
