O'BRIEN, Thomas Kevin, 54, of Dover, Florida passed away Friday, May 15, 2009. Thomas was born April 11, 1955 in Steuvenville, Ohio to Thomas A. and Sarah (Morris) O'Brien. Before his death he was a security guard. Thomas enjoyed wrestling and basketball, his favorite team was "Ohio State'. He also enjoyed playing basketball with his friends.
