Razzouk, Thomas Edward, 36, of Tampa Bay, FL passed away on March 28, 2018. He was born in Dallas, TX and raised in Memphis, TN. He graduated from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg with a Bachelors of Science in Finance. He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Hoskins Razzouk, of Memphis, TN. Thomas is survived by his wife Elizabeth Southard Razzouk; father William J. Razzouk and his wife Debra Flanary Razzouk; siblings Matthew J. Razzouk and Katherine W. Razzouk; uncle Reverend Robert N. Hoskins Jr.; uncle John Razzouk; aunt Cindy Razzouk; in-laws Douglas and Paige Southard; brother-in-laws Bryce and Andrew Southard; step-siblings Chas and Jennifer Frank and Natalie Marler. Thomas was a loving and devoted husband, son, brother, and friend to all. He loved live music, travel, his chihuahuas (Jack, Mr. Lou, and Junior), a friendly game of poker, and watching sports, especially the University of Georgia Dawgs football games. Thomas welcomed all he met with open arms and an unforgettable smile. His laughter was contagious and his stories memorable. Thomas' memorial service will be Saturday, April 28, 2018 10:00 am at Anderson-McQueen in St. Petersburg, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Thomas Razzouk Scholarship Fund at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. Donation checks should be made out to the USF Foundation and include PC0032004 Thomas Razzouk Memorial Fund on the memo line. These checks should be mailed to USFSP Advancement Office, Building LPH 414, 140 7th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33701.
