It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Thomas L. Taylor, who left this world on August 14, 2024, just a week shy of his 87th birthday.  A ceremony to celebrate Thomas's life will be held at a later time.

Born on August 21, 1937, in Gleason, Tennessee, Thomas lived a life defined by generosity, kindness, and unwavering loyalty. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, Willie W. Taylor and Littye M. Tucker Taylor, his siblings, Betty and Martha, and his grandson, Thomas Blake Stallings.

Thomas proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for four years, where he developed skills and traits that would guide him throughout his life. Thomas' quiet strength and willingness to lend a helping hand were hallmark traits that endeared him to all who knew him. A skilled craftsman, he found joy in creating cherished keepsakes for his loved ones, leaving behind tangible memories of his love and skill. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched with his warmth and generosity.
