October 21st, 1943 - September 29th, 2011
Thomas "Polack" Urbanski, age 67, a 47year resident of Las Vegas, died Thursday, September 29, 2011 Tom was born October 21, 1943 in Chicago IL to the late Eugene and the late Carrie (Malnowski) Urbanski. He served as a machinists mate in the Navy. After moving to Las Vegas, he worked in the gaming industry. He loved life, his family, boating and having fun. Tom is survived by his daughter Holli; sons Jeffrey and Shawn; their mother Lois; two daughters in law Shelley and Amanda, all of Las Vegas; five grandchildren; grand daughters Payton, Olivia, Devin and grandsons Zackary and Tyler; and two brothers Richard and Jerome. A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services, 3975 S. Durango Drive, Suite 104, Las Vegas, NV with officiating. He will be missed.
