Thomas Lee Weeks

Thomas L. Weeks of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away peacefully of natural causes on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Tidewell Hospice of Englewood with his devoted family at his side. Tom was born in 1953 in Panama City, Florida and raised in Pasadena, Maryland, graduating in 1971 from Northeast High School. He and his wife, JoAnn, were married for nearly 16 years, making their home in Port Charlotte, Florida. He loved his family, hot rods, rock music, listening to Howard Stern, watching movies such as Jurassic Park, and his man cave. A man with a welcoming, calm and loving demeanor that enjoyed dressing up as Santa for more than 16 years during the Christmas and Halloween holidays. He is survived by his wife JoAnn, daughter Annette High (wife of Mark High), granddaughters Jordan and Lindsay High, stepsons Jake Schultz and Thomas Schultz, mother Thelma Weeks, sisters Sharon Hildebrand (wife of Mark Hildebrand) and Vicky Metzger (wife of Tom Metzger), nephew and nieces. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Addison Weeks. A small private family memorial was held in Maryland and Florida due to Covid constraints.
