Timothy Ratliff

Tim Ratliff, 56, of Summerville, SC passed away on June 7, 2024. He was born on May 28, 1968 in Gainesville, FL to William (Bill) and Jo Ann Ratliff.
A jack of all trades and a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one, Tim Ratliff had a colorful personality that endeared him to many. He loved his family, food, friends, and laughter. Known for his sense of humor, he always aimed to bring joy and laughter to those around him. He enjoyed singing karaoke, convinced of his own talent, and had a knack for building and being creative.
Tim is survived by his daughters, Chelsea (Jake) Zelie and Autumn (Ryan) Stovall; his mother, Jo Ann Ratliff; his sister, Tamara (Rick) Ramirez; and his brother, Thomas (Tasha) Ratliff. He was preceded in death by his father, William Ratliff.
The service for Tim Ratliff will be held on Wednesday, June 12th at Hopewell Baptist Church (6869 Parker’s Ferry Rd, Adams Run, SC). Visitation will be from 10 am – 11 am followed by a service at 11 am. Simplicity of North Charleston, SC is assisting with the funeral arrangements.
Tim Ratliff will be remembered for his infectious laughter, creative spirit, and his ability to bring smiles to those around him. May he rest in peace.
