Todd never hesitated in helping out friends and family and would give them the shirt off his back if they needed it. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ruth Presbury and Raymond Bausch. He is survived by his wife, Charlene Wittman, daughter Angela Scott, grandchildren Vince Vickery and Dean Scott, sister Lisa Meeling and cousin Diane Simons.
