Todd Richard Schroeder

Todd Schroeder, 51, died of cancer on January 20, 2011 at his home in Gilbert, Arizona. Todd grew up in Redlands, California, graduating from Redlands High School in 1977. He was an avid musician who played saxophone and clarinet in both his high school and the University of Arizona marching bands. Todd was active in Boy Scouts where he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He was an Officer with the Superstition HOG Chapter and sang heartily in his church's choir. Todd earned his degree in music education from the UofA in 1981. He was employed by Choice Hotels International in Information Technology as Manager of Services Support. Todd is survived by his wife, Cindi Moore Schroeder; daughter, Willow; brother Gregg; father, Richard; and many cherished friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara. Visitation will be available at Falconer Funeral Home on Monday, January 24 from 6 to 8 pm. A graveside service will be held in Redlands, CA at Hillside Cemetery on Wednesday, January 26 at 11 a.m. A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church of Gilbert on Sunday, January 30 at 3 pm. Memorial gifts may be made to Hospice of the Valley or a charity of one"s choosing.
