Tom Lynch
1933 - 2024
Tom Lynch, 91, of Kingsport passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024. He served his country in the US Airforce and was a 50 year member of the Union Local 538. Tom was also a lifetime member of the VFW.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Annie Oliver and a brother, Pee Wee Lynch.
Survivors include Alma France Lynch; daughters, Teresa Taylor and husband Mike, and Rhonda Quilin; son, Aaron Lynch and wife Vicki; grandchildren, Lacey, Adam, Luke, Adrienne, Austin, Ian, and Caitlin; 2 great-grandchildren; along with a host of friends and extended family.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11am on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport with a eulogy by Austin Steffey.
A military graveside will be conducted at Holston View Cemetery at 10 am on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 with honors conducted by the American Legion Hammond Post #3/265. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 9:50 am.
