Tony Alberti

Tony (Angelo) Alberti, 82 of Golden, Colorado passed on January 17th due to an unexpected medical event. Tony was born in Castellamare, Sicily March 7th, 1931. He came to New York when he was 17. For the next few years he lived in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. He entered the Navy when he was 20 and served 4 years in Korea- thus obtaining his US Citizenship. He moved to Denver in 1980 and started Stardust Carpets which became well known due to his all night television advertising on TV. (His uncle Phil ran the Stardust Hotel in Las Vegas). In 1990 he started Stardust Broadcasting in Cherry Creek, Denver – specializing in new products airing on TV with Joint Venture Agreements and PI advertising. He continued in the same type of business until the day of his passing. Tony is survived by his significant other Mary Voss and his children Mark Alberti, Dawn Brown and Gina. A Celebration of Life will be held at his home on North Table Mountain on Saturady, March 8th, at noon (12:00 pm) 3939 Easley Road, Golden, Colorado 80403.
