Mt. Carmel – Tony Edward Bruner, 60 of Mt Carmel, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at his residence with his family by his side. Tony was born on September 8, 1960 in Kingsport, TN to George Bruner and Charlotte Bruner Kinsley. He was a graduate of Los Altos High School in Los Altos, CA and received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Tusculum College. Tony was a veteran of the US Army. He was preceded in death by his brother, Troy Bruner. Tony is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Ellen Lou Overbay Bruner; son, Jeremy Bruner and wife Heather; daughter, Jessica Bruner and boyfriend Cory Barr; grandchildren, Gage, Linkoln and Emmalin Bruner; brothers, Tracy Bruner and Michael (Lisa) Bruner; sister, Vicki Presnell; step-father, Bill Kinsley; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
