Ms.Tracy Lynn Childs, age 56, of Gloversville, New York, passed away on Thursday, May 4th, 2023 at The Martine Center for Nursing and Rehab, in White Plains, New York after a long illness. She was born on May 20th, 1966 in Gloversville, the daughter of James and Shirley (Fear) Childs. She attended Gloversville High school and was a life long resident of Gloversville. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren Samantha Snell, Cameron Sweet and her beloved cats. She also enjoyed watching Days of Our Lives and Little House On the Prarie. Tracy is survived by Adam Snell(son), Tim (Ellen) Childs, Sean Childs, Kathy (Teresa) Childs, Erin (Marty) McManus, 5 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, James and Shirly Childs, Sister Denise (Rick) Orey and brother Daniel Childs. The family will be having a celebration of life at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the James A. Brennan Humane Society or SOCKS. The staff of Walrath & Stewart is honored to be assisting the Childs family.
