Twila Fay Watkins Ogburn Hoffman, 55, of Fruitland, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at her home. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 8th at Park View Cemetery, New Plymouth. Cremation and services are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Fruitland. Condolences may be made to Twila's family at www.shaffer-jensenchapel.com. Twila was born on Nov. 8, 1959 in Ontario, OR. She was the daughter of William "Bill" Watkins and Doris (Wilson) Watkins of Fruitland. She attended all of her schooling in Fruitland and eventually earned a Cosmetology License then worked in several hair salons in the Treasure Valley until her health began to fail. Twila will be missed by her loving daughter Shelbie Hoffman of Ontario. She also leaves behind her brother Rick Watkins and sister Trina Ireland both of Fruitland; numerous aunts, cousins, nieces and a nephew. Twila was preceded in death by brother Micky Watkins; dad Bill Watkins; mom Doris Watkins; son Jason Ogburn; and ex-husband John Ogburn. Service Details.
