Tyrone "TY" Rouse

It is with a heavy heart that the family of Tyrone “Ty” Rouse announces his passing. Ty was surrounded by family and close friends and passed peacefully the morning of Friday, August 18th. Ty will be forever loved by his wife of 33 years, Lin; parents Gene and Joan Rouse; in-laws Frank and Vicky Wood and Pat (David) Ostrander; brother-in-laws Patrick Wood, Scott (Emily) Wood and sister-in-law Kami Spencer; cousins Chet (RaeAnne) Smith and Laura Peery (Smith); countless friends and relatives; preceded in death by his birth parents, Thomas and Sandra Marquez. Ty was born in Boulder on October 4, 1969, and lived in Coal Creek Canyon, Colorado, most of his life. He had a very successful career in the commercial construction field and retired in 2019 to pursue his life passions. His love for cars, Alaska, wildlife, and photography was his addiction. He had a way with bears in the wild that was incredulous and he was always in his element when they were near. His ability to look at something and make an amazing portrait out of it was second to none and he would spend hours trying to find the perfect shot. His pictures will forever be memories for his friends and family to see and enjoy while remembering every moment when he “took the shot”.
