Tyson Robert Porter

In loving memory of Tyson Robert Porter who soared to new heights on June 28, 2024, at 53 years of age. Born August 14, 1970, Tyson was the life of the party and a true friend to all. He was truly one of a kind and never met a stranger. Tyson had so many great qualities,  leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness and unforgettable memories he shared with many who knew him, that we will all enjoy for years to come.

He was loved by his family and shared many childhood memories with his 3 siblings. Tyson was always known of pushing the limits, keeping Mom and Dad on their toes.  

He worked as an entrepreneur in the cell phone industry, as well as the telecommunications, railroad, and oil field industries.  

Tyson will be lovingly remembered by his Mother, Beverly Porter, Sister Tanya Stockton, and Brothers, Shawn and Joshua Porter. Those in remembrance also include Brother-in-law Troy Stockton, his 4 nephews,  Broc, Caleb, Joshua, and Haden Stockton, plus a great niece Sadie Stockton. Alex Broc’s wife, great nephews Brayden and Braxton Stockton. Tyson's Sister-in-law Lisa Porter, Shawn’s wife and their twin girls Taylor and Tristan Porter. Sister-in-law Angela Porter, Josh’s wife and their son Stone.

Tyson is proceeded in death by Father Robert H Porter, grandparents Margaret Sofie and Cliff L Ross and Robert Newton Porter. Grandparents Sarah and John Michaels, parents of Beverly Porter.

He touched Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on April 26, 2025, further details to be determined.
