Valentin D Trujillo

Valentin D Trujillo, Magdalena NM born August 28 1941 was called home on October 16, 2013 Val Trujillo, son of Margarita and Manuel Trujillo, loving husband of Margie (Gutierrez) Trujillo. Val and Margie were married on July 29,1961 and were married for 52 years. Preceeded in death by son Dennis Joseph Trujillo, his parents, and by his brothers Macario and Tony. Survived by children, Frankie and wife ,Yvette, Anthony and wife, Debby and Chris and wife, Maria. 15 Grandchildren, Tino, Frankie boy, Andres, Rebecca, Vicente, Desiree, Angel, Dominique, Conrad, Joseph, Jacob, Jadon, Julee, Christopher and Sabrina. 6 Great grandchildren- Valentin, Gracie, Genevieve, Jason, Gabriel and Ezekiel. Siblings Barbara, Manuel, Joe, Cleo, MaryAnn and Tommy, and many other brother s- in- law and sisters-in-law, Nieces and nephews, and friends. Uncle VD to many, coach Val to many more. Val was a Successful Businessman as operator of Golf Plaza Exxon, Val's Zia on Bridge, and Val & Sons of Rio Rancho until his retirement in 1992. Even after his retirement he continued every possible business venture he could get his hands on. Val was an advocate for youth sports in the South Valley of Albuquerque. His legacy will live on through all the many lives he touched through his generosity, kind heart and funny jokes. A viewing will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Magdalena, NM, the recitation of the Holy Rosary will follow at 6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 9:00 am and burial to follow at Magdalena Cemetery.
