Valerie Kae LeMoine, age 72, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away on June 21, 2024.
Valerie was born in Sioux City, Iowa, August 21, 1951, to Darlene June Johnson and Valley Joseph LeMoine, Jr., both deceased. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Jeffrey Wayne LeMoine, Sr.
Valerie is survived by her son, Dion, as well as a niece, Stacy (Larry), and a nephew, JJ (Emily), a sister-in-law, Marylynn, and several great nieces; Mackenzie, Brooklynn, Tatum, Riley, Isla, and a nephew, Nickolas, as well as several cousins and dear friends.
Valerie, along with her mother, took joy in operating many retail stores throughout Arizona. In her later years, she worked in customer service and was devoted to helping veterans navigate their healthcare needs.
Valerie loved to travel. She was always up for an adventure and traveled to many places with her family and friends, both near and far. Valerie especially enjoyed her time living in California. She was a cowgirl at heart and loved all things western.
She had a great sense of humor. Valerie had a great appreciation for the arts and enjoyed attending musicals and plays. She also loved shopping. Valerie was always very generous and loved to surprise others with gifts.
She will be greatly missed by all those who were fortunate to know and be loved by her.
