Vana Lee Neiheisel

We regretfully announce the passing of Vana Lee (Walker) Neiheisel, 80, of Arvada, Colorado, on May 1st, 2023. Vana was born in Oceanside, California to Vance and Enid Walker on March 21st, 1943. She and her family eventually moved to Colorado in the late 1940’s. She attended Jefferson High School in Edgewater, Colorado, and soon after graduation, she married the love of her life, Ray (Gene) Neiheisel. They married on June 16th, 1962, going on to have two children, Jana and Andrea. She devoted her life to her family, plain and simple. She was one of the strongest, most courageous and kindest people you would ever meet. There wasn’t any challenge that she would back down from or face head on. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her. Vana was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, both children, her brother, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She requested no services to be held.
