Obituary Velda Jean McAfee Cassaday, 83, died Sunday, January 20, 2013. She was born on December 12, 1929 in Middletown, Ohio to Dorsey Spencer and Vesta Scarberry Spencer. Ms. Cassaday is survived by her daughters, Betty "Boots" Lunsford of Versailles, and Patsy (Gary) Simmons of Jacksonville, FL; and her sons, Dorsey (Vickie) McAfee, of Versailles, and Joseph McAfee, of Athens, TN.
