Velinka "Vela" Madjarev 85 of South Pasadena passed away January 10, 2011 at her home. Vela was born in Yugoslavia, and was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church. Survivors include her beloved husband Rada; loving children George (Rita) and Mila Madjarev; brother Milojko Brusin; sister Anjelka Bozokin; cherished grandchildren Jennifer Shelton (Roger) and Mark Madjarev. Funeral services will be 11AM Friday, January 14, 2011 at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 530 77th Avenue North, St. Petersburg. Burial will follow in Royal Palm Cemetery-South. Memorials would be appreciated to Suncoast Hospice. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Central Avenue Chapel, is serving the family. Service Information
