Veronica Mozdziak, 96, of Ocala, Florida passed away on June 19, 2019. Veronica was born in Yonkers, New York on September 6, 1922. Veronica married John S. Mozdziak in 1941 who predeceased her in 2013. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Sophie (Murdzek) Yasinski, her son Robert in 2007 and sister, Joanna (Jasinski) Hodnick. She is survived by her daughter Phyllis (Preiss) Mullin of Florida and two sons, Joseph of Texas and John R. of Florida. Veronica is also survived by her granddaughter, Christine Calvello (Fred) and grandsons, Gary (Rosemarie Ballestero) and Edward Preiss and Frank Mozdziak (Kyly Culver). She is also survived by her great granddaughter, Amber Calvello and great grandsons, Christopher and Jacob Calvello, John S. Mozdziak and Eric Ballestero. She is also survived by a brother, Joseph Yasinski. A visitation will be held at 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturday, June 29, 2016 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, TimberRidge, 9695 SW 110th Street, Ocala, FL with a service beginning at 3:30pm.
