Vianna Joan Gres, age 83, of St. Petersburg, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 23, 2023. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Philip Kurt Gres; daughter, Julie Gres Smith (Dan) and son, Michael Gres. Survived by her son, Kevin Gres; Sister, Patricia Fark; four grandchildren, Michael Smith (Sheilyan), Danielle Howell (Charlie), Michelle Smith and Sean Smith; four great grandchildren, Nolan, Declan, Rylan and Emersyn. Known as “Joan” or affectionately as “GG” by her great grandchildren. She was known for being the wild, wacky wonderful GG. She loved traveling with Kurt around the world. She enjoyed her antiques and rare finds as well as jamming out to her Jazz and Blues favorites.
