Victor (Vic) Alan King, 69, of Snohomish WA passed away peacefully May 19, 2016. Vic is survived by his loving wife, Mary; daughter Jennifer (Brad Schmidt); step-sons Jeffrey and Kristopher (Gena) Karlick; his beloved grandchildren Hunter, Haley, Gracie, Laney and Jackson Karlick as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.Vic was born November 28, 1946 in Wichita, KS, the only child of Edgar and Bette (Pugh) King. He attended Campus High School and then joined the US Army, eventually settling in Washington State in the early 70s. Vic had a passion for life-long learning, receiving his Bachelors Degree from the University of Washington and his MBA from City University. He enjoyed reading, traveling, listening to music, watching movies, playing with his grandchildren and cooking, including his world famous pork ribs and apple crisp.Vic fought his battle with pancreatic cancer valiantly and maintained his sense of humor until the end. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
