Victoria Sharpe

Victoria "Jane" Sharpe passed away peacefully on October 18, 2023 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. The daughter of Warren Forrest Sharpe and Martha Madeline Wray, she was born on August 14, 1945, in Washington, D.C. Jane spent her early years in Lynchburg, VA before moving to Washington to live with her grandmother, Muriel Sharpe. In the DC area, she built a successful career over the course of five decades as an Office Administrator and Bookkeeper for various law firms as well as economic consulting firms. In 1985, Jane moved to Annandale, VA where she created a loving home and raised her only child, Josh. Jane was known for her skill in the kitchen and her passion for gardening. Her culinary talents and beautiful gardens were testaments to her dedication and love for life's simple pleasures. Jane made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She is survived by her son, Joshua Michael Sharpe, his wife Emily and granddaughter Quinn Cathryn Sharpe as well asher brother Warren "Twig" Sharpe. A memorial service will be held at Advent Funeral Home (7211 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22046) at 11AM on November 5th.
