Romesburg Beckham, Violet passed away on January 11, 2014 at Palm Gardens of Pinellas in Largo, FL. She was born January 1, 1926 in Morgantown daughter of the late James E. and Mattie E. (McGinnis) Romesburg. Preceding her in death are sisters, Ruby & Maxine & brothers, Eddie & Francis. Survivors are husband, Willis Lee Beckham; a son Robert H. Jordan of Eustis, FL; a daughter and son-in-law Kimberly A. & William R. Furrow of Largo, FL; 4 grandchildren Kathy Jordan of FL, Bobby Jordan & wife Lorrie of MO, Mattie Furrow, of CA & Karen Beal of WV; 5 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Violet's ashes are to be scattered over water at a later date. There will be a memorial service on Jan 14th 6:00pm at ALife Tribute 716 Seminole Blvd in Largo. Violet requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Salvation Army or Suncoast Hospice.
