Violet Marie Rasmussen

Violet Rasmussen, 82, of Ault, CO passed away peacefully on January 24, 2013. She was born September 6, 1930 in Ault to Lynden and Martha (Nicks) Fletcher. Violet grew up in Ault and graduated from Ault High School. She farmed with her husband Gerald. She enjoyed doing crafts and craft shows as well as bowling and square dancing. Violet worked for Goodwill for 11 years and was a member of the North Side Club. She is survived by her husband Gerald, son Gerald (Ann) Rasmussen, Jr., daughter Karen (Mike) Hall both of Ault. Grandchildren Heather Vigil, Jennifer Wolf, Garrett and Richard Hall, and 10 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Adamson Chapel.
