Virginia W. Corson

CORSON, Virginia “Ginny”, 69, of Land O’ Lakes, FL passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013. Ginny was a retired registered nurse. She was an active member of The Dwelling Place Church and enjoyed socializing at the Land O’ Lakes Senior Center. Ginny loved her family and opened her home to foster children. She is preceded in death by her son, US Army PVT2 Benjamin D. Corson. She is survived by her two sons, Nathan of Kuna, Idaho and Daniel of Spring Hill, FL; daughter, Stephanie of Lakeland, FL; brother, Robert McDonald-Walker of Winchester, Virginia; two sisters, Elizabeth “Betty” Walker of Hyattsville, Maryland and Carolyn “Lil” Walker of Pasadena, California; four grandchildren, Karmyn, Caleb, Emily and Noah. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9th at The Dwelling Place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ginny’s name to The Dwelling Place.
