Aunt Dorothy was fun. Age gaps meant nothing, even as kid, because she knew how to relate to people of all ages. She was cool at the time where I felt that adults were old, boring and un-cool. She was always positive, smiling and had a witty sense of humor. Fortunately she was taken good care of by Judy and the facility she lived at. I am so glad my sisters and mom were able to see her last month.

Frank, Patti, and boys,

I remember the first time I met June, she called and asked ever so politely if I could order a cake for her son Frank and bam that started a lively conversation. 

 She called me once in while from Florida, where she was living the golfing  retirement life with Frank's father.

  Eventually, they moved to Colorado and I was able to meet her in person.  She was so lively and full of enthusiasm.  She would come into the office sometimes and it was always a treat to have a chat with her.  

 Frank, Patti,  and boys, she is done suffering and you have all those wonderful memories of her inside each one of you. Rejoice!

Alex was a good neighbor and looked after my kids in school especially my son Zach. He was a good kid and we were saddened to hear that he passed away. We were told that he had found God and  that should give you some comfort in knowing that . Our hearts are hurting for the family and you are always in our thoughts and prayers. No parent should lose a child, Manuel that is not the way things should go and I know you will be strong for Monica and the children. But we all grieve and I cant imagine the hurt you feel in losing a son. All are children are precious to us and I believe are precious to God. Please know how much we care for your family and if there is anything we can do we are still in the neighbor hood.

Rest in peace my beloved dear cousin.  Our child hood together in Brooklyn gave us a bond. Our families would constantly visit each other. We went to the same school ( St Peter and Paul), played in the same school yard , explored the same streets and on every opportunity played handball.  I will always cherish the memories. You will be deeply missed, but your memory will live on in our hearts forever.
