Walter Sewell Chapman Jr

Walter Sewell Chapman Jr, 66, of Moncks Corner SC went to be with his Lord on March 28, 2024. Mr. Chapman was born on January 30, 1958 to the late Walter Sewell Chapman Sr. and Myrtle Lavida Chapman in Charleston, SC Mr. Chapman attended Living By Faith Baptist Church of Summerville, SC and loved his Lord. Mr. Chapman was a former painter of 40+ years. He loved his family, enjoyed cooking and we all know he loved going fishing! Mr. Chapman was preceded in death by a brother, Henry William Chapman. Surviving are his wife and high school sweet heart Hida Webb Chapman; five children, April Nichole Chapman, Walter Sewell Chapman III, Heather Denise Huff and her husband Tyler Huff, Dustin Lee Chapman and Danyael Jacob Chapman; three grandchildren, Gracie Leigh Huff, Kaylin Nichole Roddey and Mason Cayden Chapman; two sisters, Helen Chapman Lilley and Freddy, Chrystal L. Chapman and Edward Moore; one brother, Ira Clay Chapman and Kimberly. His cat Nemo and two grand dogs, Junior and Baloo. A memorial service will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday morning, April 27, 2024, at Living By Faith Baptist Church located at 2328 Nexton Parkway, Summerville SC 29486.
